We had a great stay at this hotel in Ina area, with many sites close to the hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the station and provides parking. The staff are very polite and accommodating. The room is clean and has all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was good as well.

Located in the heart of the town, this business hotel is ideal for tourists to explore the attractions like old Ashigaka centre, Ashikaga station, and Ashikaga flower park. Clean and comfortable rooms come with all the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi and an adequate breakfast. Some rooms offer a comfortable semi-double bed and a slightly bigger comfort double bed than usual. the hotel also has a public bath available to relax in.
Some of the hotel staff members may need additional training as some guests have had unpleasant experiences with inexperienced staff guiding cars, resulting in accidents.

The public bath was a great feature of this hotel, larger than the average Japanese hotel bath and very clean. the staff at the front desk were helpful, providing us with information about nearby places and even a train timetable. the hotel is also in a great location, close to old historic sites and within walking distance to the train stations. the breakfast offered a variety of food and was quite delicious.
The walls in the rooms seemed thin, making it difficult for us to sleep through the night due to the noise of other guests in nearby rooms. the bed was quite hard, making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that had a fabulous hot spring bath, and the polite staff were a big bonus. The hotel was located very near a popular flower park and parking was easily available. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities.
My room had a smoky smell which needed to be fixed with an air-freshening machine.
